Cosplay Rules & Regulations
GamingCon Cosplay Performance Championship Rules (DAY 1 , 29th November)
The idea of this contest is to highlight the Role Play aspect of our beloved art of Cosplay.
The contestants will perform a short skit on stage (30 to 180 seconds) as an Individual or as a team (Three people maximum).
The contestants need to provide an Audio link with pre-recorded dialogues and music to play on stage.
We are allowing performances across various genres for this category.
- The cosplay performance championship will take place on Saturday, 30th November 2024
- The cosplay championship venue will be at the GamingCon venue at NESCO, Mumbai.
Cosplayers are required to pre-register online by 27th November 2024

- The Top 3 Cosplay Winners will be announced on the Main Stage
- Total Prize Pool for the Performance Championship is worth 1 Lakh
GamingCon Cosplay Crafting Championship Rules (Day 2, 1st Dec)
The goal of the contest is to highlight the various intricate details that form a complete costume and look.
The various technical skills of the participants will be judged by the expert panel of judges.
The participants are encouraged to participate with costumes of characters whose origin is in the media of Video Gaming.
- The cosplay championship will take place on Sunday, 1st December 2024
- The cosplay championship venue will be at the GamingCon venue at NESCO, Mumbai.
Cosplayers are required to pre-register online by 30th November 2024
Register here: https://bit.ly/3TEZNUF - From 2pm to 5pm IST on 1st December, there will be a pre-judging round to determine the Winners / Qualifiers for the Cosplay Showcase Walk.
- Pre-judging Area details will be emailed to the cosplayers who have registered.
- At 6 PM IST, on 1st December 2024 the Cosplay Championship Showcase Walk will take place on the main stage.
- The Top 3 Cosplay Winners will be announced on the Main Stage
- Total Prize Pool for the Crafting Championship is worth 1 Lakh
